All Archived Practices Are Yours!
Hundreds are classes are at your disposal. Classes vary in length from 30 to over 60 minutes.
There are 5 categories:
- Hatha Tantra
- Yoga Nidra
Each practice has a theme woven through it.
Most classes start with an opening discussion of the theme.
All asana classes end with a meditation.
These classes support a deepening of your yoga journey.
